TEAM BUILDING (OUTDOOR) is a generally integration meeting or a company picnic. We offer a outdoor trainings based not only on line techniques, all-terrain vehicles, quads, paintball and GPS navigation. Those are also many interesting and surprising scenarios which combine different elements of extreme sports in a great dynamic game, during which participants do not have time to get bored.
Those are special programs adjusted individually to the client, according to company’s profile and the number of participants.
Thanks to appropriate and reliable presentation of game’s goal (program), during the regular program, participants look for unconventional solutions.
OUTDOOR trainings are especially effective in a case of adapting new employees, creating or adjusting new teams to new tasks and situations. Briefly speaking, they help to point at the aim of the changes, they stimulate employees’ creativity who have an opportunity to present their mental and physical abilities, to get know their own and other’s reactions and to conquer their inhibitions.

Our games don’t have anything in common with different fiction games such as: “we are in a year 2078, aliens have invaded the Earth and the participants’ task is to find a magic ring and save the human kind in this way”. Our programs are also based on fiction but with one difference that they are presented in such way that participants do not believe in them and they have motivation to mutual action and room to display their talents.
